We will reasonably equip corresponding number of free quick-wear parts according to the quantity of products ordered by clients, and send them together with the machines. The list of quick-wear parts is also provided to customers.
Within the warranty, if there are parts damaged during normal operation, send them back for repair. Or send us the corresponding video, after our engineers confirm that the parts are damaged, and we will send out the new parts within 15 days after the feedback information and you don’t need to send back the damaged ones. Freight is at customer's expense. If the warranty period expires, the damaged parts shall be provided at the purchase price and the freight will be borne by the customer.
Send us your spare parts request: Start by compiling a detailed list of the spare parts you need, including the part names, quantities, and model numbers from your manual. Once your list is ready, send it over to our sales manager, and we’ll take it from there
